• Workspace content — the contacts, email sequences, campaigns, and mailbox connections you create or upload.
• Connected mailbox data — when you connect a Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP mailbox, we access it only to send your campaigns and read replies for the Service’s inbox and deliverability features. Credentials are encrypted at rest.
• Usage data — logs, device/browser information, and product analytics used to operate and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and maintain the Service, send the campaigns you configure, secure accounts, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Google User Data

If you sign in with Google or connect a Google mailbox, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only the scopes needed to authenticate you and operate connected mailboxes.

4. Sharing & Subprocessors

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, and error monitoring), under agreements that require them to protect it. We may disclose information when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period unless a longer retention is legally required.

We use technical and organizational measures including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, access controls, and workspace isolation. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
