1. The Service

AutosysAI Nurture lets you connect mailboxes, build email sequences, and run outreach campaigns to contacts you manage. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use any mailbox you connect.

3. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and similar regulations. You must:

• only email recipients you have a lawful basis to contact, and honor unsubscribe and suppression requests promptly;
• not send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or malicious content;
• not attempt to bypass sending limits, deliverability controls, or security measures.

You are solely responsible for the content of your messages and for your contact lists.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the contacts, sequences, and content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service for you.

5. Plans & Billing

Paid plans and usage-based credits, where applicable, are billed as described at sign-up or in your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific deliverability, open, or reply rates.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutosysAI Nurture will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
